Data:  You've got a terrific and helpful site for fossils. Attached are 2 pics of an unidentified shell found on the surface (with many others) in Hunt County, Texas about 80 miles NE of Dallas. The JPEG size of these is about 35 kb each. Please post for assistance with identification.

• Texas gryphaeid: Exogyra is a likely genus. Milford on Sea: The general area has good Eocene outcrops along the coast, but I don't have exact local geology at hand.... Dr. David C.
